Two Top Miami Architecture firms join forces to expand design services in contemporary single-family homes and luxury high-rise condo towers in South Florida.
MIAMI, FL, September 21, 2020 – Renowned architectural firms, Rex Nichols Architects, and Swedroe Architecture have formalized their long-term partnership. The joint venture will leverage the best of each firm’s expertise and move the two firms above the competition in luxury single-family residential projects. RNA, a Top 50 Coastal Architect, is recognized as a premier architect of ultra-contemporary residential design. Swedroe Architecture has earned a trusted reputation for highly efficient construction planning and administration of high-end building projects. Together, Swedroe + Rex Nichols Architects will offer a unique product to the real estate market: highly desirable contemporary luxury homes – for both home buyers and savvy real estate investors.
In addition, the two firms will market their combined services for mid-rise and high-rise projects, from multi-family condos, to boutique hotels and commercial properties. The partnership between Swedroe and RNA is not new as the two highly innovative companies have previously worked together on domestic and international projects. With the most recent collaboration in 2018, the team’s design was selected as one of three finalists for a luxury high-rise condo development in Dubai with Emaar Properties – the largest development company in the middle east. Emaar Properties is famous for the development of the tallest building in the world – Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
